After working closely with Mark Packer MD. and David Chang MD. we have been able to pack a large amount of cutting power into a very small scissor. The low-profile design easily through small incisions and helps prevent corneal distortion. Our hinge-less design minimizes any tilting of the lens. The Packer/ Chang IOL Cutters will cut any foldable IOL – Acrylics, Silicones, Hyrdophilics… Cower in their presence.
